How do I return an incorrect or faulty item?
If you receive any incorrect or faulty item please email us immediately at returns@cool-toys.com.au or use the "Get In Touch" form and we will resolve the issue for you asap.... Once you have returned the faulty or incorrect item to us we will issue you a full refund or replacement item.
What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Delivery charges are a standard $9.50 for the first item and $2.00 for any item after that. Free delivery for any purchases over $100.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept PayPal or Credit Card payment on final payment.
How long will delivery take?
You should allow up to 5-10 working days for delivery nationwide.
What is a Pre Order item?
A Pre Order item is an item that has a date given by the manufacturer for release. Ordering a Pre Order item reserves and guarantees the item for you when it is released. The ETA of a Pre Order may change due to the manufacturer.
What is a Back Order item?
A Back Order item is an item that we are currently out of stock of, but can order it back in from the manufacturer. It usually takes around 5-10 working days to restock from the manufacturer to us, and then it would take the normal delivery time to get to you.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After receiving an order we will process, pack and deliver to you asap...Your purchase usually takes no more than 1-2 working days before being shipped to you.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, all orders will have a printed tax invoice included in your shipment.
